Kourtis Contract Division focuses on close collaboration with architects and interior designers, offering comprehensive furnishing solutions for hotels, restaurants, and luxury residences. Driven by a passion for design and attention to detail, we transform every concept into a refined reality. Our mission is to create spaces with character, comfort, and identity — environments that embody elegance, functionality, and the unique vision of each project partner.
Architects and Interior Designers share with us a detailed brief that includes the look & feel, moodboards, 3D renderings, and the FF&E list (when available). Based on this information, we create targeted design proposals that perfectly match the style, vision, and requirements of each project. To ensure our design selections — materials, furniture, and decorative solutions — are both functional and realistic, we also request the project budget, aligning every choice with the client’s needs and creative direction.
Each project is assigned to a dedicated Account Manager, who serves as your main point of contact throughout the entire collaboration. A Proposition Draft is created — a comprehensive document that includes detailed specifications, dimensions, pricing, materials, and combinations, along with high-quality visual content. This draft acts as the foundation for a creative dialogue with the architect or interior designer, ensuring that every element reflects the project’s vision. Your Account Manager provides consistent support, reliability, and prompt communication, guaranteeing a smooth and efficient project process from start to finish.

For projects with special requirements, our company undertakes the design and production of custom-made furniture, bespoke applications, and tailor-made solutions — from concept to completion. We specialize in upholstery constructions such as sofas, armchairs, poufs, beds, and headboards, crafted in any design or dimension. Explore our extensive fabric collection in the showroom to select the perfect material and texture for your project. We produce custom furniture with sample creation and client approval prior to production, available in a range of wood, metal, bronze finishes, or special coatings, precisely aligned with the project specifications. Our team also provides joinery and built-in solutions — including wardrobes, minibars, wall-mounted furniture, and more — ensuring full installation and on-site technical support.
Furthermore, we offer the opportunity to create a mock-up room – a realistic representation of the space the client wishes to design – allowing them to comfortably and confidently choose the furniture and materials that perfectly harmonize with the surrounding environment.

In collaboration with the leading furniture brands from around the world that we represent, the Kourtis Contract department organizes and hosts design workshops at our showroom, showcasing the latest trends in furniture design and introducing new creations, materials, and techniques.
As part of tourism development, the ESF (European Social Fund) supports small tourism businesses, aiming to upgrade and certify the products and services they offer.
Kourtis Contract, always striving to be by the side of the client, undertakes the submission of their proposal, the overall design and study of the project, as well as the management of its implementation in collaboration with specialized professionals.
